The room at 'T Hemelke was amazing! It had a cozy seating area where we could just relax and unwind after a long day. The stovetop was convenient for making our own meals, and the toaster was perfect for a quick breakfast. The wardrobe in the room was a nice touch too, keeping everything neat and organized.
Personally, I found that having only a stovetop in the room was a bit limiting. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Oh, the joy of dragging my luggage up steep stairs! Just what I needed for a workout after a long journey.

This charming B&B is perfectly located, just a stone's throw away from the center yet tucked away in a quiet street. The rooms are cozy and comfortably furnished, providing a homely atmosphere. The modern bathroom is a welcome touch, ensuring a comfortable stay. The owners are friendly and attentive, offering a warm service. The delicious breakfast served outdoors is a delightful start to the day.
One downside is that the property's antique decor may not appeal to those looking for a more contemporary style.

'T Hemelke Bed & Breakfast was a truly special and authentic experience. The 500-year-old farmhouse had so much character and history. I loved the quaint and cozy room that gave a true sense of staying in a traditional Belgian home. The garden was also a lovely spot to relax in the afternoon. Despite the age of the house, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious and warm. I highly recommend 'T Hemelke Bed & Breakfast for a unique and memorable stay.
